WE SPECIALISE IN CHILDREN'S KARATE

FROM 4 YEARS OLD

At Sama Karate Organisation children learn non contact Karate taught by qualified Instructors. They are taught that karate is not to be used to hurt people and is only to be used as a means of self protection. The philosophy of karate is that the first move starts with a defensive one and not an attack. When children respect this fundamental rule they can begin to benefit from all that the SAMA sytem has to offer:

The SAMA system gives children that are both good and not good at sports, the chance to shine. Karate teaches them respect for others and discipline as well as an exercise programme building self confidence with a total body workout.

SAMA are professionals, we have been teaching children's karate for many years. All our instructors are fully qualified and teach each child to their own abilities at their own pace.
